This policy explains how Trueseller handles information when people browse the marketplace, create an account, publish listings, contact sellers, or use optional paid features.

Information Trueseller processes

• Account details such as name, phone number, profile image, and account identifiers.
• Listing content such as descriptions, prices, categories, locations, photos, and videos.
• Marketplace activity such as searches, favourites, listing views, reports, ratings, and messages.
• Approximate or precise location when a user grants location permission for nearby results or listing locations.
• Device and diagnostic information such as app version, device identifiers used for notifications, network information, and crash reports.
• Payment references and subscription status for optional promotions. Payment card details are processed by the payment provider and are not stored by Trueseller.

How information is used

• Provide accounts, listings, search, messaging, notifications, and customer support.
• Review and moderate listings, investigate reports, prevent abuse, and protect marketplace users.
• Personalize nearby results and improve marketplace relevance and performance.
• Process optional promotions and maintain payment and subscription records.
• Meet legal obligations and enforce Trueseller policies.

Sharing

Public profile and listing information is visible to marketplace visitors. Trueseller also uses service providers for hosting, storage, search, analytics, crash reporting, messaging, and payments. Information may be disclosed when required by law or to protect users and the service. Trueseller does not sell personal information.

Retention and security

Information is kept for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. Trueseller uses access controls, encrypted network connections, and operational safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

Users can update profile and listing information in the app, control device permissions and notifications, and request account deletion from settings. Some records may be retained where required for safety, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

Children

Trueseller is not intended for children who cannot legally consent to use the service. Accounts identified as belonging to ineligible children may be restricted or removed.
