Public profile and listing information is visible to marketplace visitors. Trueseller also uses service providers for hosting, storage, search, analytics, crash reporting, messaging, and payments. Information is kept for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. Trueseller uses access controls, encrypted network connections, and operational safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
