Use content you have the right to use
Only upload photos, videos, text, logos and other material that you created, own or have permission to use. A product being available for sale does not give permission to copy someone else’s listing, photos or branding.
Do not present counterfeit goods as genuine or imply that you represent a brand or business when you do not. Our Acceptable Use Policy also applies to listings, profiles and messages.
Report an ownership concern
If you own the relevant rights or are authorised to act for the owner, email support@trueseller.app. Please include:
- The public link to each listing or profile you want us to review.
- A description of the original work, brand or other material and how you hold or represent the rights.
- A clear explanation of the material you believe is unauthorised, with supporting evidence where available.
- A way for support to contact you and confirmation that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Send only what is needed for the review. Never include sign-in codes, passwords or payment security details.
How reports are reviewed
Trueseller considers the information supplied and may request clarification or contact the account responsible for the material. Where appropriate, we may restrict or remove content under our platform rules. A report does not automatically establish ownership or guarantee a particular outcome.
If a restriction affects your content, contact support with the listing or profile link and evidence of your right to use the material. Do not repost the same disputed material while the concern is being reviewed.
Use the reporting process honestly
Do not make knowingly false or misleading ownership claims or use reports to interfere with a competing seller. Relevant account restrictions may apply to misuse of the platform’s reporting process under our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.
This page describes Trueseller’s platform reporting process. It does not replace legal advice or a formal process required by applicable law.
