TotalEnergies Quartz 9000 NFC 5W-40 (5L) is an advanced synthetic engine oil designed for petrol and light-duty diesel engines. It has a 5W-40 viscosity and meets ACEA A5/B5 and API SL/CF standards, offering engine wear protection, reduced friction, improved fuel efficiency, sludge control and good thermal stability. It is suitable for vehicles whose manufacturers specifically recommend 5W-40 with ACEA A5/B5 or equivalent specifications. It can be used in certain European and Asian vehicles, but compatibility must be confirmed using the vehicle manufacturer’s requirements. Note: It is engine oil, not transmission fluid, and may not be suitable for engines requiring newer API standards or diesel engines fitted with DPF systems.
