This derma roller has a magenta roller head covered in rows of fine needles on a smooth black handle. Roll it gently over the areas you want to treat as part of your skin or scalp care routine. The handle gives a steady grip, and the roller is small enough to keep in a drawer or bag. How to use Wash your hands and the area you're treating. Clean the roller before use by soaking the head in 70% isopropyl alcohol. Roll gently over the skin with light pressure, without pressing hard. Don't use it on broken, irritated, or inflamed skin, or over sores or active infections. Clean it with alcohol again after use, let it dry, and store it in a clean, closed place. Don't share your roller, and replace it regularly since the needles are dull and can carry bacteria.
