This is a 99% broken version of the brown rice. It can be used for rice balls, rice water porridge or better still rice with sauce. It is rich in essential minerals such as Mn, Mg, K, Ca, Zn, Cu and many which the polished rice can't offer. It is very healthy, rich in fibre and good for all, especially low sugar lovers.
