Protection & benefits Safetoe’s comparable heavy-duty work boots are available with 200 J protective toe caps, penetration-resistant midsoles, slip-resistant outsoles and shock-absorbing memory-foam insoles. For example, the Safetoe M-8356RB uses a 200 J composite toe, Kevlar penetration-resistant plate rated to 1,100 N and a PU/rubber outsole with HRO 300°C performance. The reinforced external toe bumper on the pictured boot is particularly useful where workers frequently kneel, climb or work around abrasive surfaces because it helps reduce wear to the leather around the toe.
