Shure Sm7db Dynamic Vocal Microphone

Sold by Sound Oasis · Accra Metropolitan

Shure SM7dB dynamic vocal microphone with an active preamp. This microphone is an updated version of the Shure SM7B, a popular microphone for professional audio applications. The key difference between the SM7dB and the SM7B is the integrated preamp, which provides a clean gain boost of either +18dB or +28dB, eliminating the need for a separate inline preamp. A bypass switch on the microphone allows the user to turn off the preamp to get the original SM7B performance. The built-in preamp requires +48V phantom power to operate. The microphone is known for its legendary, warm sound and is often used for podcasting, streaming, and music recording, particularly for vocals.
