Sika Top Seal 107 is a cementatious material used in the waterproofing of retaining walls, basements, underground tanks, manholes, washrooms, kitchens, terraces and porch etc. The 107 B which is the Cementatious material must be used with the 107 A for a maximum impact or effective results. The Cementatious is 20kg while the liquid is 5kg. It is therefore sold together as a comby.
