This Epoxy Floor Paint is a two-component epoxy (resin + hardener) that's pre-mixed or designed to incorporate colored quartz sand (or colored aggregates). The sand gives it two key benefits: - Texture & anti-slip: Creates a lightly textured, non-slip surface — much safer than smooth glossy epoxy, especially in areas that get wet or have vehicle/foot traffic. - Decorative look: Produces a speckled, granite-like, terrazzo-ish or "marble-effect" appearance depending on the sand colors and how it's applied. Many versions aim for a high-gloss "luxury marble" or stone imitation finish. The self-leveling part means it flows and spreads out smoothly on its own (after proper mixing and pouring), helping hide minor imperfections in the concrete without needing heavy troweling.
