• Listings must be accurate, lawful, and not misleading.
• Do not post prohibited, illegal, or unsafe items or services.
• Do not infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Trueseller may remove content that violates policies.

6. Prohibited conduct

• Fraud, scams, or impersonation of others.
• Harassment, hate speech, or abusive language.
• Scraping, automated access, or reverse engineering.
• Uploading malware, spam, or harmful content.
• Attempting to bypass security or access restrictions.

7. Fees and premium services

Trueseller may offer optional paid features such as promoted listings or premium placement. Any fees, payment terms, and refund rules will be shown before purchase.

8. Payments and transactions

• Buyers and sellers determine payment methods and delivery.
• Trueseller is not a party to transactions between users.
• You are responsible for complying with local tax obligations.

9. Safety and reporting

Use safe meeting locations, verify listings, and report suspicious activity in the app. Trueseller may investigate reports and take action including warnings, removals, or account restrictions.

10. Intellectual property

• The Trueseller name, logos, and app are owned by Trueseller.
• You retain ownership of content you post.
• You grant Trueseller a license to display and distribute your content within the service.

11. Third-party services

The app may link to third-party services. Trueseller does not control or endorse those services and is not responsible for their content or policies.

12. Privacy

Trueseller uses your data to provide the marketplace and improve safety. Review the in-app privacy information for details on collection, use, and choices.

13. Termination

• You may stop using the app at any time.
• Trueseller may suspend or terminate access for violations.
• Termination does not erase outstanding obligations.

14. Disclaimers

The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Trueseller makes no warranties regarding listings, seller behavior, availability, or accuracy.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trueseller is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services, including disputes between users.

You agree to indemnify and hold Trueseller harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the services or violation of these terms.
