End User License Agreement

1. License grant

Trueseller grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the app on devices that you own or control, solely for lawful use of the Trueseller service.

2. License restrictions

• You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the app.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
• You may not sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the app.
• You may not use the app in a way that violates laws or policies.

3. Ownership

Trueseller and its licensors own all right, title, and interest in the app, including all intellectual property rights. This EULA does not transfer ownership to you.

4. Updates and changes

The app may automatically download and install updates. Updates may modify or remove features and are part of the licensed software. Continued use means you accept updates.

5. Third-party materials

The app may include third-party components subject to their own licenses. Those licenses may grant you additional rights or impose obligations.

6. User content

You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant Trueseller a license to host, display, and distribute it in connection with the service.

7. Data and privacy

The app collects and processes data to provide services, improve safety, and personalize experiences. Review the in-app privacy information for details.

8. Acceptable use

• Do not use the app for illegal, abusive, or harmful activity.
• Do not interfere with the app's security or performance.
• Do not attempt to bypass access controls or restrictions.

9. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Trueseller may terminate the license if you violate this EULA or the Terms of Service. Upon termination, you must stop using the app and remove it from devices.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available." Trueseller disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trueseller is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the app or its use.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Trueseller harmless from claims, losses, and expenses resulting from your misuse of the app.

13. Export compliance

You may not use or export the app in violation of applicable export laws and regulations.

14. Governing law

This EULA is governed by the laws applicable to Trueseller, without regard to conflict of law principles.
