The Forever Living C9 Nutritional Cleansing Programme is a 9-day, highly restrictive, very low-calorie detox diet that relies heavily on supplements Because the C9 diet drastically cuts calories, you are likely to lose weight during the 9-day period. The rapid weight loss, however, is mainly a result of losing water and stored carbohydrates, not fat. Unsustainable results: The weight is often quickly regained after you return to your regular eating habits. No long-term lifestyle change: The program doesn't teach sustainable habits like healthy meal preparation, which is crucial for maintaining weight loss.
