The Greenlife K.Y GEL is used as a personal lubricant for sexual intimacy to alleviate vaginal dryness, but its medical uses are more varied. In clinical settings, it is used to facilitate medical procedures like gynaecological and prostate exams, to aid in the insertion of medical devices like catheters and rectal thermometers, and as a sterile lubricant during certain electrotherapy and surgical work. It is also used as an alternative to ultrasound gel and by dentists to cover composite restorations while light curing.
