IKote BE is a thixotropic blend of bitumen, selected emulsifying agents and water. It is dark brown in color and dries to form a black flexible protective coating. Easy to apply. Suitable for hot climate application. Adheres to concrete, metal & wood surfaces. Resist chlorides & sulphates ions in the soil. Water-based: Environment friendly. Dual purpose: Serves as a protective coating & curing membrane.
