CETECH Ghana is looking for a hardworking and motivated Male Shop Attendants / Male Sales Assistants to join our team. This role is a hybrid support position covering sales, customer service, and basic marketing and administrative duties. The successful candidate will work directly in our physical shop, attend to walk-in customers, support daily sales activities, and learn on the job through internal training, tutorials, and mentorship. This role is suitable for young people who are eager to learn, grow, and build a career in sales, marketing, and customer service. Work Schedule Monday to Saturday 5 working days per week (1 off-day) Start Time: 7:00am Closing Time: 5:30pm Preferred (Optional) Experience using CRM tools Basic knowledge of Canva, Mailchimp, or simple graphic design Social media handling or retail experience
