The WA850RE is a Wi-Fi Range Extender / Access Point. It picks up your router’s existing Wi-Fi signal and rebroadcasts it — making your network reach areas that were weak or dead zones before. Wireless Standard: 802.11 b/g/n (i.e. “Wi-Fi 4”)  Band / Frequency: 2.4 GHz only — not dual-band (so no 5 GHz).  Speed: Up to 300 Mbps (when conditions permit)  Antennas: 2 internal antennas — compact wall-plug design.  Port: 1 × 10/100 Mbps Ethernet (RJ45) — for wired devices or using as access point.  Buttons: Range Extender (RE/WPS) button and Reset button — for easy setup.  Power consumption: Very low — about 3 W.  Security: Supports WPA-PSK / WPA2-PSK and older WEP (64/128/152-bit).  Compatibility: Works with virtually any existing Wi-Fi router or wireless access point.
