DURUM WHEAT PASTA: 100% Freshly Ground Hard Wheat. The pasta is made from semolina or wheat semolina, which comes from durum wheat (grano duro). Give a firm quality paste with a perfect 'al dente' bite.
DURUM WHOLE WHEAT (VOLKOREN) PASTA: This whole-wheat pasta is based on 100% whole-wheat semolina and is therefore darker in color than regular pasta. Due to the coarse structure, this whole-wheat pasta offers a good source of fiber.
* Fusilli: spiral-shaped short strands of pasta. *Pipe Rigate are short, thick, curved pipes that look a bit like elbow macaroni. * Farfalle: butterflies shaped/ bow-shaped pasta.
