# Black Eyed Beans

Ingredient: 100% black eye beans. Unopened, Protect from heat, humidity and sunlight. Store in a closed container after opening.
Preparation method: wash the beans well and soak in plenty of water for 8-12 hours. Bring the beans to the boil and let them simmer gently for about 30-60 minutes or until the desired doneness is reached. Drain and serve.
