Arm blood pressure machine with voice broadcast(can be mute/turned off) function this checks the BP, with a memory storage and screen light indicator to indicate normal, low and high BP. 
This provides an accurate BP measurement. (+-0.3mmHg).( +-kPA 0.4).This uses a 4*AAA batteries also accept a USB DC6V cable to direct power. After One minute(1m), it turns off automatically when not in use. BP machine comes with a CE, best International standards.
This can be used at the home, clinic and hospital. 
This comes in two types 
-First type ghc285 (5th image) Rechargeable type 
-Second type ghc365-(1st image)-battery and direct cable
