1. Any new loan added sends Alerts
2. Any Loan transferred to the next Office - the new office will get an alert
3. If a loan is added into the system and it's unattended to by the BM for 2 days, the BM will start receiving an Email/SMS Reminder every day at 9am until he moves it along the next stage 
4. If a loan is transferred to the next stage and the office in question leaves it's unattended for 2 days, all members of that Office will start receiving an Email/SMS Reminder every day at 9am until they treat they do the needful.
5. Digital document archival for loan support document
