# Voltage Monitor/Phase Failure

Phase failure protection: Detects when one of the three phases (R, S, or T) is lost.
Phase sequence protection: Detects if the three phases are connected in the wrong order.
Motor protection: Helps prevent three-phase motors from running under abnormal phase conditions, which can cause overheating or damage.
Automatic control: Its internal relay contacts can be connected to a contactor to automatically switch off a motor or machine when a fault is detected.
Normal indicator: The red indicator shows the operating/normal status depending on the relay design.
