Sika MonoTop-412 is a versatile product suitable for a variety of concrete repair applications, including: 
Restoration works: Repairing spalling (flaking or surface disintegration) and damaged concrete in buildings, bridges, and other infrastructure.
Structural strengthening: Increasing the load-bearing capacity of a concrete structure by adding mortar (section enlargement).
Restoring passivity: Increasing cover with additional mortar and replacing contaminated or carbonated concrete to preserve or restore the passivity of the steel reinforcement.
